XRV Plug & Play 20S2P Battery Kit

Upgrade your XRV with the convenience of a 20S battery system. Built with high-performance Molicel P30B cells, this 20S2P battery delivers a substantial increase in speed, torque, range, and charging performance over the stock XR battery while fitting inside the factory battery enclosure.

Unlike larger battery conversions, this kit is designed for riders who want the performance benefits of a higher-voltage system without replacing their stock battery box.

While this kit offers a significant performance improvement over the stock XR battery, it has less overall power and range than our 18S Plug & Play Kit. The tradeoff is that it retains the original enclosure.

Installation

This kit is designed to fit inside the stock XR battery enclosure with only minor modifications.

Installation requires:

• Removing the factory wire harness and installing the included replacement harness.

• Trimming the factory BMS divider wall with a rotary tool (such as a Dremel) to provide clearance for the upgraded components.

No replacement battery enclosure is required.

Compatibility

This battery kit is designed specifically for XRV conversions and is intended for VESC-based systems only.
